"After I received a non-renewal letter of my auto insurance only 24 days prior to State Farm's cancellation date (state law requires 60 days), I called Ian Davy's office. He avoided my phone calls for a week. When I finally cought him, He did nothing about the illegal action of non-renewal with only 24 days notice. I was a State Farm customer for over forty years. I made it very clear how I felt about Ian and State Farm in that phone cal with which he finally graced me. I just found out last week that even though THEY cancelled me, Ian made NO mention at the time that I had to say the magic words, "Stop taking auto payments out of my accunt for my renter' insurance" even though you know I don't want any thing to do with you. So he/they have continued to take money from my account because I at one time in the past gave permission to do autopayments and the feel they have cart blanche to my hard earned money. Typical oligarch behavior. Unsuprisingly, I left a very displeased message a week ago for Ian to call me. Do you think he call? He did not When I called back today, I was treated extremely rudely by two entitled juvenile snots (one named Jake) that thought their job as customer service agents was to taunt and agitate an already understandably outraged caller. Pathetic! Horrible service! Avoid this agent and State Farm!! Laughable reply Ian. I have made clear my intention of termination of all policies with you back when you cancelled me illegally with only 24 days notce. Playing dumb doesn't make you look better. And how does my waisting my time calling you help, when you ignore my calls and have your childish staff treat me rudely? Maybe you reach out to me???"

Quick to respond to concerns about the State Farm accident claims dept, and their seeming lack of communication; Billy called right away today, after I emailed Ian, to ask for help in solving my accident claim unfinished business. Very much appreciate also, this State Farm office's very prompt payment of towing charge after my 12/3/25 car accident. Ian and his staff are just WONDERFUL!! Highly recommended agency!!!"
